About the Team:

DOM TANCREDI

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER; SENIOR DEVELOPER & TECH LEAD

Dom is the senior developer of all things digital and code-based. He has 10+ years of development experience including web, database, and interactive projects on both personal and enterprise levels, and 3 years of mobile development experience on Android, iOS and T-Mobile platforms. Dom has worked with brands such as Hearst Corporation, Random House, Lufthansa, H&M, The Children’s Place, Coca-Cola, Unilever and private and government contracts including the states of New Jersey and New Hampshire and many others. He also acts as the Tech Lead Developer for mobile application projects. In addition, Dom teaches Intro to Programming weekly, and contributes to open source projects. Bachelors in Computer Science – 2004 Loyola University, Chicago, internship at Fermi Lab.

 

TOM TANCREDI

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER; ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Tom handles accounts for Dom & Tom, Inc. Tom has 7+ years of experience coordinating creative and development teams, negotiating contracts, and project management. In the past year he’s worked with brands such as L'Oréal, Hearst Corporation, Random House, The Children’s Place, and many others. He acts as the Account Manager for new clients, serving as the business point of contact between clients and D&T. Masters in Finance – 2009 Baruch College, NYC.

 

DANIEL COSTALIS

SENIOR DEVELOPER/ PARTNER; HEAD OF D&T CHICAGO

Dan is a self-taught coder. At the age of ten, he found an old Commodore 64 in his basement, and was fascinated by the fact that a few lines of code could make the computer do all sorts of things. As time and technology progressed the internet started to appear in nearly everybody's home, and he began building web sites. Honing his skills professionally over the last 7 years, Dan is now an expert at building internet-based applications, unique and functional websites, and mobile web interfaces for the iPhone, iPad, and Android.
